Calling all peacebuilders!

At the  Alliance for Peacebuilding (AfP), we know that peace doesn’t just happen; we have to build it. With your help, we can #MeetTheMoment.

Calling all peacebuilders!

While conflict is inevitable, violent conflict is not. It is up to all of us to solve one of the greatest challenges of our times—record-breaking global violent conflict in faraway places and neighborhoods just down the street. Your support is needed now more than ever to prevent and reduce violent conflict and build sustainable peace.

We can’t do this work without you. Join us as we work together to #MeetTheMoment. Your generous, tax-deductible donation will support AfP to:

  • Convene powerful events like PeaceCon that bring experts, policymakers, and everyday people together to address challenges and solutions to rising violent conflict and violence;

  • Create a new peacebuilding narrative so reducing and preventing violent conflict prevention becomes a broad-based priority in communities just down the street and in faraway places;

  • Advocate for policies, laws, and funding to advance evidence based peacebuilding programs, from atrocity prevention, to Women, Peace, and Security (WPS), to emerging technologies; and

  • Develop an evidence base and standards of practice to research what is driving violent conflict—and what is working and not working to reduce and prevent it—and ensure it results in more impactful programs.

Additionally, your support will sponsor local peacebuilding organizations globally to join AfP so they can tap into shared learning and partnerships, turning local organizations into a powerful network globally that can support robust collective action, including right here in the United States.
