UN Women is seeking the services of qualified companies/NGOs/Training institutions to the RFP for the development and delivery of a coaching programme for women from Myanmar engaged in peacemaking and peacebuilding processes to be conducted in Myanmar.
The programme for which the offeror is requested to submit both a technical and a financial proposal will include the organization of a 5-day coaching programme for women engaged in peacebuilding and peacemaking, including:
Facilitation of a one day "peer to peer” workshop, in which women contributing to various peace processes would exchange about their experience and learn from each other.
Organization of and provision of technical support for a 4-day training on negotiation and on how to advance gender equality through peace processes and specific coaching activities for around 10 key women who are either at the negotiation table or directly supporting the peace process.
