Volunteer

We are no longer accepting volunteer applications at this time.

With the 2017 Annual Conference quickly approaching, the Alliance for Peacebuilding is looking for bright, energetic volunteers to support our staff this October. A solid foundation of enthusiastic volunteers is integral to the success of the Annual Conference. Our ideal volunteer candidate is well-organized, has excellent time-management and communication skills, and is able to take clear and detailed notes.

Volunteering at the 2017 Annual Conference is a great way for students, recent graduates, and young professionals to participate in the conference and gain an inside look into the field of peacebuilding. While volunteers may have the opportunity to sit in on conference activities, our expectation is that volunteer responsibilities will take priority over session attendance. Conference volunteers will assist our staff with registration, social media, note-taking, and more!

If you are interested in volunteering at the 2017 Annual Conference, please send a copy of your resume/CV and a brief description of your interest in the Alliance for Peacebuilding to Rachelle Faust, our Annual Conference Associate, at rachelle@allianceforpeacebuilding.org. We welcome applicants of all ages and backgrounds! Preference will be given to volunteers who can commit to two or more days of the conference. Additional details about volunteer requirements will be provided to interested candidates.  Accepted volunteers will be granted complimentary admission for the days they can commit to, with the understanding that responsibilities will take priority over session attendance.

For additional questions about conference registration, contact Rachelle Faust, Annual Conference Associate, at rachelle@allianceforpeacebuilding.org.
