Conflict Management and Negotiation Program Contact: Ephraim Tabory, Deputy Director pconfl@mail.biu.ac.il The Interdisciplinary Program in Conflict Management and Negotiation offers degree programs at the MA and PhD levels. Participating faculties include Social Sciences, Humanities, Jewish Studies and Law. The center was established under the auspices of the Graduate Program in Conflict Management and Negotiation at Bar-Ilan University, as part of the program’s ongoing activities. This program, which is based on an interdisciplinary approach to conflict management and resolution, provides students and participants with practical experience and diverse academic training, including research in different fields of conflict in both Israeli society and the international community The primary goal of the Mediation Center is to professionalize the field of conflict management in Israel. Unlike private mediation centers, the Campus Mediation Center is unique in that it involves research students with comprehensive background knowledge, who wish both to become professionals in the field and to act in the community. The center has received the recognition and the support of the National Mediation Center of the Israeli Justice Ministry.
