Program on Negotiation (PON) Contact: Susan Hackley, Managing Director and Board Member shackley@law.harvard.edu The Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School (PON) is an applied research center committed to improving the theory and practice of negotiation and dispute resolution. Founded in 1983 and based at Harvard Law School, PON is an interuniversity consortium involving faculty, graduate students, and administrative staff from a range of disciplines and professional schools at Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Tufts University.
PON carries out its mission by offering Graduate Research Fellowships, Summer Research Fellowships, and Visiting Scholar positions. PON also hosts many public events, such as the PON Film Series and the PON Brown Bag Lunch Series, which draw upon faculty members and community members alike. PON also offers a plethora of courses in negotiation and mediation, ranging from two-days to semester-length.
