September 16, 2020 | 10:00am - 11:00am EST
The Alliance for Peacebuilding and FHI 360 invite you to join a webinar on Wednesday, September 16 from 10:00am – 11:00am EST to introduce the recently launched online CVE Reference Guide for Local Organizations funded by USAID. The guide supports civil society organizations (CSOs) to prevent and counter violent extremism (P/CVE) by synthesizing and sharing the most relevant material related to the P/CVE project cycle—Assess, Design, Implement, Monitor & Evaluate, and Learn.
Based on dozens of CSO consultations and more than a decade of implementation experience, the CVE Reference Guide for Local Organizations provides access to materials according to the specific needs of CSOs, articulated through a series of filters on the site, and offers an extensive Resource Library with links to additional recommended guides or tools.
The online event will feature a brief presentation of the CVE Reference Guide, followed by a feedback session and discussion. We invite participants to review the guide in advance of the webinar to provide targeted feedback and questions. As the guide is a “living” document, FHI 360 will incorporate participant feedback into the resource to better assist CSOs working on P/CVE. Please share this invitation with your partners around the globe.
