On Tuesday, June 9th at 10:30am ET, AfP and the Institute for Economics and Peace will host the hybrid launch of the 2026 Global Peace Index (GPI), the world's leading measure of global peacefulness, ranking 163 independent states and territories using 23 qualitative and quantitative indicators. The conversation will explore key findings of the report, how artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming violence and violent conflict, and how the war in Iran is extending beyond the Middle East.
